It also applies to other Fairlady Media apps unless an app provides a separate privacy notice.

App data practices

Fairlady Media apps are designed for children and families. They do not require a child to create an account or provide personal information, and Fairlady Media does not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

An app may store settings, progress, rewards, or created content locally on the device. Unless an app's App Store privacy label states otherwise, gameplay information is not transmitted to Fairlady Media. Apple may provide diagnostics or other information when a device owner chooses to share it with Apple; Apple's privacy practices govern that information.

External support, privacy, sharing, and App Store actions in our children's apps are protected by a parent gate. Apple and any service an adult chooses through a system share sheet may process information under their own privacy policies. Fairlady Media does not receive information from those destinations unless the adult separately sends a support request to us.

Child-created content

Some Fairlady Media apps let a child create a drawing or other content. When an app offers this feature, the content stays on the device unless an adult completes the parent gate and chooses to share or save it. Fairlady Media does not receive, upload, or remotely store that child-created content. A system share sheet sends it only to the destination the adult chooses.

Support requests

A parent or guardian may contact us at support@fairladymedia.com. We receive the email address and any device, operating-system, screenshot, or diagnostic details the sender chooses to include. We use that information only to respond, troubleshoot, improve our products, and satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Support information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. A sender may request deletion of a support conversation by emailing the same address. Children should not send support requests or personal information directly; a parent or guardian should contact us instead.

This website

The public Fairlady Media website does not require an account or intentionally use advertising or behavioral-analytics scripts. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site. Links to email, Apple, and other websites leave this site and are governed by the destination service's privacy practices.
